We are located in California state and collect sales tax only on orders shipped to addresses in California required by law.

CTC sources it's product from reputable and authentic businesses. Our jewelry sources employ G.I.A gemologists and provide us with the product details. Once we receive the jewelry in house we then test the metal and gems ourselves just to be absolutely sure it is a geniune piece prior to offering it to our customers. Our designer items are sold with authenticity card when possible. We do our best to source from authorized dealers, and disclose in an item description should we not be completely positive it is a genuine designer item. Collectibles can be a wide range of value.
